Who we are

Pipeline Chief, 5401 Collins Ave 1011, Miami Beach FL 33140,, runs this site and sells Pipeline Chief. We decide how your personal data is used. You can reach us at legal@pipelinechief.com.

What we collect

• When you buy, we get your name, email address, billing country and what you bought. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us, we get your message and anything you attach.
• If you buy Concierge, we get the materials you send for your custom build. These are your filled-in setup, your ideal customer and your draft emails. They may include names and details of your prospects.

What we don't collect

The kit runs in your own accounts. We have no access to your Claude or Grok Bot account, your CRM, your inbox or your prospect data. We only see what you choose to send us.

This site doesn't set its own cookies and doesn't use advertising trackers.

How we use your data

• To deliver what you bought and send your receipt.
• To answer your support emails and deliver your Concierge build.
• To tell you about updates to the kit you own.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for ads.

Marketing emails

We may email you about Pipeline Chief. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us at legal@pipelinechief.com to stop.

Who else handles your data

We use a few service providers. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.

• Stripe processes payments and sets its own cookies on the checkout page.
• Our email provider sends receipts, support replies and updates.
• Our hosting provider serves this site and its server logs record your IP address.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We may share data when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order.

Where your data goes

Our service providers may store data in the United States and other countries. When you use this site or buy from us, your data may travel to those countries.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires. We delete Concierge materials once the build and its support period end. We delete support emails when we no longer need them to help you. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email legal@pipelinechief.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA, Brazil's LGPD or Argentina's Law 25,326 may give you more rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Pipeline Chief is for businesses. We don't sell to people under 18 or knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we'll email you first.
